Update on 24 Aug 2021 - Wednesday (Alert Level 4)
Stay strong New Zealanders! We are back on Level 4 lockdown. Our online store is still taking orders. Our customer service team is working from home and therefore may be unavailable for calls but is available to answer your queries on live chat and email at our specified contact hours (refer to our contact page). Your orders will be shipped as soon as our warehouse is able at level 3.

Update on 28 April 2019 - Tuesday (Alert Level 3)
After our long 5 weeks of hibernation - we are finally back on Alert Level 3. Our online store can now take orders and ship as usual, although our customer support team is still working from home and still unable to service calls (you can easily reach us by emailing us at email@example.com or Live Chat during our service hours).
Our warehouse is up and running and thus all orders will be processed and shipped as they come in.
We have not been notified of congestion from our postal network so we are not expecting any delays with estimated shipping times at the moment. However, to be on the safe side, lets do give a little leeway with delivery times in case our postal network gets congested at level 3 when everybody starts shopping again.

Due to Covid-19 arrangements, our team is working from home, therefore we are unable to service phone calls from the office. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We are still open and servicing emails and live chats during our stated opening hours. Please refer to Contact Us page for our service hours.
If you are making a purchase during the Level 4 lockdown period, your order will still come through and be processed. However, we apologise that we are unable to ship your parcel until the lockdown directive have been lifted because couriers are unable to deliver our products which are not classified as essential products.
Any orders will be shipped as soon as we are allowed to trade again. However, due to Covid-19 which may affect courier delivery staffing, efficiency and warehouse staffing, please allow extra time for shipments to be affected.
