At Novapro Sports, we want to ensure that your online shopping experience is enjoyable in terms of product range, price, and delivery. We have partnered with the best shipping companies in New Zealand to ensure that your product reaches you on time and in the best conditions.

The following are the key terms and conditions with regards to our shipping/delivery policy:

 

 

Free Standard Shipping Within New Zealand (Orders of NZ$150 or More)

  • Free standard shipping within New Zealand on orders of NZ$150 or more.
  • Offer valid on all Novapro Sports products.
  • Offer valid only on orders placed at novaprosports.co.nz.
  • Offer not valid on return shipments.
  • Offer is limited to stock on hand and backordered items, is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Offer limited to standard shipping to New Zealand addresses only. We are unable to accept PO boxes as the address is inaccessible to our courier.

Delivery Timeframe:
Please allow 1-2 warehouse processing days prior despatch. Order before 12pm for same day despatch.

The following are estimated transit times including processing times from warehouse. Please note there are only estimated general guidelines. It is not a guaranteed timeframe.

*Important Note: Please note that non-metropolitan/rural areas take an extra few more days, and sometimes due to back log and busy seasons (e.g Christmas), your parcel might take a while to process in the warehouse and also take longer for couriers to deliver.

Other Notes

  • Novapro Sports ships mostly with CourierPost's tracking delivery service with tracking all the way to your shipping address. We are unable to accept PO boxes as the address is inaccessible to our courier. We also use other various couriers of despatch decides that it is more suitable and faster for your location.
  • In cases where your shipping location is classified as remote location by our shipping partners, there may be an additional charge for your products, the same will be communicated to you before we process your order.
  • Our default delivery / shipping instruction is given as "Signatory Required" upon delivery, which means that if your address is not attended when your parcel is shipped to you, your item will be resent back to the courier's depot or an CourierPost office for collection depending on the carrier company used.
  • First re-deliveries are free, and any extra charges incurred such as for 2nd re-deliveries will not be borne by Novapro Sports. Thus, you should ensure that your address provided is attended during working hours to avoid re-delivery arrangements.
  • If you would like the item to be left under "Authority to Leave" at a safe place at your home unattended, please note this in the comment box upon checkout and that will be arranged for you. For authority to leave parcels, Novapro Sports will not be responsible for any lost parcels.
  • Our obligation for delivery ends as soon as the item is collected by our couriers. You will be given a tracking ID to track and manage your order thereafter. We are not responsible for correspondence between receiver and carrier companies after that, nor delays in deliveries caused by carrier companies.
  • Our Estimated Time of Delivery (ETA) are those provided by our courier companies and are not a guarantee of delivery times.
